BUILD
45 minute circuit class focused on functional strength training. In this class we will focus on functional movement patterns-squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge, carry and rotate.
PERFORMANCE 45
A circuit class focused on combing strength training with Cardio pushes. You will build strength and stamina during this 45-minute class.
SCULPT
This class combines light resistance training, controlled movements, and core work to build lean muscle and improve stability. Perfect for all fitness levels, especially those looking for an effective, low-impact option.
